Terms of Use

This website (fieldserve.ai, the “Site”) is operated by Netpoint Systems d.o.o.(the “Company”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself — browsing, reading content, submitting the contact form, booking a demo, and similar activity. They are not the terms of any future product or service offered by FieldServe; any such product or service will be governed by its own separate agreement.

You may access the Site for lawful, personal or business informational purposes, including evaluating FieldServe for your organization, contacting us, sharing links to the Site, and reproducing short excerpts of public content with proper attribution.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable Croatian, EU, or international law;
• attempt to access non-public parts of the Site, our infrastructure, or our underlying systems;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or proprietary methods from the Site;
• introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its availability to others (including denial-of-service attempts or excessive automated traffic);
• use the Site to send spam, deceptive messages, or unsolicited commercial communications;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization when contacting us.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, code, and the FieldServe name and wordmark — is owned by or licensed to Netpoint Systems d.o.o. and is protected under Croatian, EU, and international copyright, trademark, and related intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for the purposes described in Section 3. No other right or license is granted, either expressly or by implication. The FieldServe and Netpoint Systems names and logos may not be used without our prior written permission.

The Site uses or links to third-party services to deliver certain functionality, including:

• Calendly — demo bookings
• hCaptcha — bot protection on the contact form
• Plausible Analytics — aggregate, anonymous website analytics
• Microsoft Teams & Outlook — conducting and recording booked meetings
• OVH — hosting infrastructure for the Site

When you use any of these services, the provider's own terms and privacy notices also apply to that interaction. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party sites or services linked from the Site.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The information shown — including product descriptions, technical claims, references to third parties, deployment figures, and case studies — is provided for general informational and evaluation purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, technical, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be free of errors, secure against every threat, or compatible with every device or browser.

To the maximum extent permitted by Croatian law, Netpoint Systems d.o.o., its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netpoint Systems d.o.o. and its representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia, except where mandatory provisions of EU or national law provide otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Netpoint Systems d.o.o. regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understanding on that subject.
