1. Who we are

FieldServe is a product of Netpoint Systems d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia (the “Company”, “we”, “us”).

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit fieldserve.ai or interact with us through the channels described below, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Croatian Personal Data Protection Act, and the ePrivacy Directive.

3. What data we collect

We process personal data in three contexts:

3.1 Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics — an EU-hosted, privacy-first analytics service operated by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia). Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not log IP addresses. We see only aggregate, anonymous metrics: page views, top pages, referring sites, country (derived from the visit, not stored), and device type.

Because Plausible processes no personal data, no cookie banner or consent is required for it.

3.2 Contact form & email

If you fill out the contact form on /contact or email us at contact@netpoint.hr, we receive: your name, email address, company (optional), message content, and any other information you choose to share. The contact form opens your email client and sends the message directly to us — we do not store form submissions on this website.

3.3 Demo bookings

When you book a demo through the “Schedule a meeting” or “Discuss your operation” buttons, you are redirected to a booking flow operated by Calendly (Calendly LLC, US — covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Calendly processes the data you provide (name, email, time zone, any answers to booking questions) and sends us the resulting calendar invitation. The meeting itself is hosted on Microsoft Teams (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, EU).

4. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • Aggregate website analytics— to understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No personal data is involved.
  • Responding to your inquiries— to answer your contact-form messages or emails. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Booking and conducting demos— to schedule, hold, and follow up on the meetings you request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with the service providers necessary to operate this website and respond to you:

  • Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia) — anonymous website analytics
  • Calendly LLC (US, EU–US DPF certified) — demo booking
  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd (Ireland) — Outlook calendar & Microsoft Teams video conferencing
  • OVH SAS (France) — the VPS hosting fieldserve.ai

Each of these providers acts as a data processor under GDPR Art. 28 and is bound by appropriate data-processing terms. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

6. International transfers

Calendly LLC is based in the United States and is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. All other providers process data within the European Economic Area. Where transfers outside the EEA occur, they rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Cookies

The website itself does not set tracking cookies. Cookies may be set by the third-party tools when you choose to use them (for example, Calendly may set session cookies inside the booking widget). Your browser's settings let you block or clear these cookies at any time.

8. How long we keep your data

  • Analytics: aggregate, anonymous data only — no per-visitor record exists
  • Inquiries & demos: kept as long as necessary to respond and follow up; deleted on request, and in any case within 24 months of the last interaction
  • Calendar invitations: retained per our internal calendar policy, typically 24 months

9. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased (right to be forgotten);
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • data portability in a structured, machine-readable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@netpoint.hr. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.

10. Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Email inquiries land in our standard business email system. Demo meetings use Microsoft Teams' encrypted transport.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

12. Questions

For any privacy-related question, write to contact@netpoint.hr.
